For the first process of planning our music video, we organised paperwork before the process of filming and visual planning. We organised sheets for: Location, Shot sheet, Risk Assessments and Music Video Storyboard Timeline.
Location Scouting Report
A sheet that records our thoughts and reviews on certain location places for filming. We organised the sheets to be the same number to the number of locations we are thinking of filming. Noting down the lighting, atmosphere and possibilities.
Shot Sheet
The sheet that shows queues of shots and also a frame of what is in the shot.
